Dr. James Werner (Jim), 70, of Haymarket, died December 2, 2014.  He was born to the late Linus and Thelma Werner on June 3, 1944, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Jim graduated from Northwestern University School of Medicine in 1970.  He married Susan Bisbee in 1971 in Evanston, Illinois.  Following two years of active duty as a physician in the U.S. Army at Fort Eustis, he and Susan settled in the Manassas area in 1974.



As a primary care physician, Jim cared passionately for the well-being of his patients.  At the time he began working in Manassas, there were only seven medical physicians practicing in the area.  As such, he treated a wide variety of medical condition...
