DIANE WOLF

DIANE WOLF

Diane was the leader in our social group of about eight girls which everyone called the Wolf Pack. Diane was a lively, curious, gregarious girl who always had fun ideas about what to do together. We all loved her and were proud to be part of her group--I can't remember all the names, but I think it included Diane Kindler, Mary Larson, Karen Korstad, Marilyn Spilde, and others.

Diane and I double-dated to the Senior Prom. We had a fun time and she was lovely lady!

I believe Diane came to us from Storm Lake, Iowa, and made the most of her high school years with us.  I remember being devastated when my folks let me know when we were in college that her life had ended.  My two memories:  she was in my speech class and won first place in our semester-end contest and second, one night my dad dropped the two of us off to see the movie, "North to Alaska."  She was full of energy and enthusiasm.
