Robert Donald Friess was born in Decatur, Indiana on June 7, 1944. Bob “went into the loving arms of Jesus” on July 25, 2018. He “transitioned peacefully to heaven” in his sleep, with his wife, Susan, by his side.

Mr. Robert Wendell Fritzel age 77 of Guntersville Al, formerly of St. Louis & Sioux Falls, passed away at Marshall Medical Center South, Saturday, January 02, 2021. He is survived by his wife; Phyllis Fritzel, daughters; Wendy Holcombe (Brian), Robin Smiley (George), brother; Charles Fritzel, grandchildren; James Holcombe, Allison Heidman, Grace Smiley, Orin Smiley. He was preceded in death by his parents; Wendell & Virginia Fritzel.
