tribute by Ron Goodnough (wshs 64)I enjoyed being in band with Bob. He was fun and creative.
tribute by Cheryl PittengerBob was one of those quiet guys I thought. I was about the opposite. But I saw him one day when I was making deliveries and pick ups with the local od's (doctors of optometry) on phillips avenue. I recognized him and saw he was getting out of a new car. I couldn't believe somebody that age could really afford a new car. I said hi to him and asked him what he did now. He said he was a pharmacist and I got to thinking about that and went on my way. Well since I had flunked out of college about 3 times I decided to go back to college and somehow I graduated in pharmacy. I will say I owe a lot to him for getting me to think about going back to college. THANKS BOB where ever you may be.
