Marilyn Helen Odland Iverson of Sioux Falls, loving wife of the late Robert Leslie Iverson, passed away on January 2nd, 2024, surrounded by her daughters and cherished memories of a life well-lived.

Marilyn was born on September 9, 1944, in Sioux Falls, SD, to Justus and Helen Odland.  Her life was a tapestry woven with love, compassion, and a creative spirit.  She graduated from Washington High School in Sioux Falls and South Dakota State University in Brookings, where she met the love of her life, Robert. On February 1, 1964, they were united in marriage, beginning a remarkable journey together.

David Joseph Paa was born February 6, 1943 in Sioux Falls, SD to Phyllis and Joseph Paa. He graduated from Washington High School. He married Barbara Smithback October 22, 1965 in Sioux Falls, SD, where they resided until 2009, when he and his wife moved to Fort Worth, TX. He worked at John Morrells for 28 years. In 1995, he was forced to go on disability due to his heart.

Pat A. Parker passed away on October 1, 2016. Pat was born September 8, 1944 to John and Francis Parker in Sioux Falls, SD. She is preceded in death by her parents. 



She is survived by her 5 siblings, Jeff (Carol), Peggy, Penny (Jim), Polly (Mark), and Pam (Jeff); children, John (Jill), Christine (Ross), and Kathryn; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Joel, and Anders. 



Services will be held Friday, October 21, 10 AM Visitation and 11 AM Celebration of Life at First Presbyterian Church, 2300 S. West Ave., Sioux Falls, SD. A private internment for family at Hills of Rest will follow.
