Tell us about yourself:
Have been living in CA since 1972. Really do not want to live where the snow flies ever again! I'm recently widowed and working hard to learn about paying bills, taxes, etc. Luckily, for me, I have the Good Lord, wonderful family & friends to get me through. It is so great to be making new friends and connecting with old ones on Nostalgia '62. Extra Info: Married fellow classmate Fred Koehn in 1963, sadly divorced in 1973. We had 3 kids, 2 boys, 1 girl who all live far enough away from me that I don't see them often. I remarried in 1974 and Hank and I were married almost 37 years when he passed away. As an "incorporated family" - my 3 and Hank's 2 we had a full house. Now I have 11 grandchildren and 5 greats. Life is certainly different now, but the good Lord and family and friends are holding me up! Can't wait to see everyone at the reunion! |

Served in the Air Force as a pilot, etc. for 32 years, retiring as a Major General in 1999...then entered second career where I was a Senior Vice President for a financial services firm in Fort Worth, TX until final retirement in 2007. Veterans Administration Clinic volunteer, committee work at our church and driving for Meals on Wheels now help fill the days. Also have began to paint...something my 7th grade art teacher would be amazed (and appalled) about. |

Tell us about yourself: I have two children, Tim and Jodi, who were both born in Sioux Falls. After moving from Sioux Falls,I lived in Iowa for several years, then moved to California in 1985, where I met my husband, Calvin. We have four children between us, 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. We retired in 2000, sold our home, bought an RV and hit the road. Since the kids live in California, Utah and Florida, we get to travel around quite a bit visiting them and seeing the country. |

Tell us about yourself:
Graduated from Augustana College then embarked upon a banking career for most of my working years with the exception of 13 years spend in Hill City, SD. There I spent 4 years being a "timber beast"---successfully bidding contracts with the forest service and then marking the trees. I have 1 daughter, Julie, and 2 grandchildren, Cailyn (15)and Nathan (13). They are both very involved in band, singing groups and now Nathan is starting football. We are all going to the Rose Bowl Parade to watch Cailyn march there with the Lincoln HS band. Other than that, my little dog plus yard work seem to keep me out of trouble and enjoying retirement. See you at the reunion! |

Tell us about yourself:
Have lived in the Twin Cities since 1971. Worked 33 years in the telecommunications industry, and retired at 55 in 1999, as VP/GM for Norstan Communications Systems. Embarked on second "career" as charter bus driver, then tour guide, for Gray Line Tours. Have now pretty much retired from that, except for occasional private tours. Too many hobbies leave no time for work. Have three sons & five grandsons, but none live in this area. All are handsome & successful...traits inherited from the other side. Spent many years doing long-distance motorcycle touring, but doing less now, after violent right-of-way dispute with whitetail doe in the Black Hills. And that's about it... |
