BILL McKEAN

William Edward McKean was born on December 17, 1944, in Volga, SD, to William and Laura (LaFollette) McKean. After his graduation from Sioux Falls Washington Senior High School, Bill attended Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, and Augustana College in Sioux Falls.
Following his marriage with Linda, the couple lived in Germany for a period of time while Bill was enlisted in the US Army.
Prior to his retirement, Bill had a lifelong career with radio media in Sioux Falls. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge, and was a railroad enthusiast.
Survivors include his former wife, Linda McKean; son, William McKean; and grandson, DeVine McKean.
