FRED KOEHN
2023-11-28Fred, you could always tell a story leading us to believe it was something that had just happened to you yesterday - until you hit the punch line! We retaliated by rigging every moveable part on your honeymoon car with string poppers at the Koehn/Dahl wedding. Ann subsequently reported that you were still encountering the "surprises" more than a year later. I sincerely hope you were able to find the "back way" into the pearly gates.
tribute by Richard (Dick) HeinemeyerFred was my best friend in high school, and I'm guessing I was his. I was so looking forward to seeing him this summer...so sad. I will always remember Rich Heinemeyer and I running his campaign for coroner as part of the student government day, and he won! See you in the great beyond, Freddy!
tribute by Jon ScherschligtI am so sorry to hear that my friend Fred has passed away. We sat next to each other in Mr Boelke's homeroom class for 3 years. Third row up on the left end (on the bleachers)!! Fred had a rich sense of humor and could always make me smile. I plan to attend the 50th reunion and was hoping to see him again. RIP Fred.
