FRED KOEHN

Fred, you could always tell a story leading us to believe it was something that had just happened to you yesterday - until you hit the punch line!  We retaliated by rigging every moveable part on your honeymoon car with string poppers at the Koehn/Dahl wedding. Ann subsequently reported  that you were still encountering the "surprises" more than a year later. I sincerely hope you were able to find the "back way" into the pearly gates.

Fred was my best friend in high school, and I'm  guessing I was his.  I was so looking forward to seeing him this summer...so sad.  I will always remember Rich Heinemeyer and I running his campaign for coroner as part of the student government day, and he won!  See you in the great beyond, Freddy!

I am so sorry to hear that my friend Fred has passed away.  We sat next to each other in Mr Boelke's homeroom class for 3 years.  Third row up on the left end (on the bleachers)!!   Fred had a rich sense of humor and could always make me smile.  I plan to attend the 50th reunion and was hoping to see him again. RIP Fred.
